Descripción
Nitrato orgánico (trinitrato de glicerilo) con acción vasodilatadora periférica. Alivia los síntomas de la angina cardiaca por reducir la precarga y la postcarga y mejorar el flujo de sangre al miocardio. Por vía sublingual proporciona un efecto rápido (en 1-3 minutos) y de corta duración (unos 30 minutos).
