    Descripción


    Antagonista o bloqueante de canales de calcio no dihidropiridínico. Actúa sobre el miocardio, reduciendo la contractilidad y frecuencia cardiacas, y en menor medida sobre la circulación periférica, produciendo vasodilatación arterial pero menos que las dihidropiridinas. Se clasifica como antiarrítmico de clase IV.
