    Descripción


    Beta-bloqueante cardioselectivo, con acción específica sobre receptores beta-1 del corazón. Es antihipertensivo, antianginoso y antiarrítmico por reducir la frecuencia cardiaca, la contractilidad y la velocidad de conducción. A dosis altas puede causar efectos colaterales por bloqueo de receptores beta-2 de la musculatura lisa vascular y bronquial. Bisoprolol ha demostrado reducir la mortalidad y el riesgo de hospitalización en pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca (estudio CIBIS II, Lancet 1999).

    Descripción



    Beta-bloqueante cardioselectivo, con acción específica sobre receptores beta-1 del corazón. Es antihipertensivo, antianginoso y antiarrítmico por reducir la frecuencia cardiaca, la contractilidad y la velocidad de conducción. A dosis altas puede causar efectos colaterales por bloqueo de receptores beta-2 de la musculatura lisa vascular y bronquial. Bisoprolol ha demostrado reducir la mortalidad y el riesgo de hospitalización en pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca (estudio CIBIS II, Lancet 1999).
